Real membership counts by existing NIV company roles. This does not create departments, manager reporting lines, or permissions.

Departments & reporting roles

Create a department and assign existing company members as manager, supervisor, department administrator or employee. Assignments are not elevated permissions until their secure module-specific access rules are enabled.

Invite an employee

Access starts only after the employee accepts the email. Choose optional module restrictions above or keep the default company role.
