Import supplier and product records, connect supported services with customer authorization, and inspect what was actually retrieved. A connection test is not a data sync. Secrets stay on the server.
Upload Excel .xlsx workbooks to view each worksheet as an editable table. NIV suggests Training, Attendance, Software Access, Daily Tasks or General based on column labels. Imported sheets stay private to this company; source data does not automatically trigger other workflows.
Saved cells are editable snapshots. Formulas and original workbook bytes are not retained. For confidential attendance or employee records, share only necessary data and restrict company roles.
Start with a supplier or product CSV. Preview every row, check duplicates, and confirm what enters your company. Nothing is written during preview; imports never overwrite existing records. Excel spreadsheets can be saved as CSV before upload.
Choose a provider below. Its card shows whether NIV can retrieve records or only check its connection. Admin authorization is required. A successful test never means your business data has been imported.
Authorize an OAuth provider, or ask your administrator to configure server-side credentials. Never paste passwords or API keys into description fields.
Test checks reachability. Sync retrieves the read-only records described on each provider card. Paginated providers follow available pages within retrieval limits. Failed retrievals preserve your previous snapshots. Check the activity log for errors.
Inspect source records below. Imported snapshots do not automatically approve suppliers, release products, pay invoices, or satisfy compliance reviews.
Automatic scheduled sync, email attachments, and full ERP transaction mapping are not supported by this screen yet. Use Excel Hub above for supported .xlsx imports.
